Arrival & Setup
- Vendor space is first come, first served.
- Vendors should arrive between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM.
- After 9:00 AM, no vehicles will be allowed to enter vendor areas.
Vehicle Policy
- One vehicle per selling space.
- All vehicles in vendor areas must remain until 5:00 PM (no in-and-out).
- No vehicles or trailers may be left on the property during the week without management approval and applicable storage fees.
Your Space & Setup
- Vendors must provide their own canopies, tables, chairs, and display materials.
- All items and displays must remain within your assigned vendor area.
- Larger designated spots are available for trucks/trailers or vendors needing extra room.
Pricing & Payment
Payment is collected before you can access your space. Pre-payment is required for both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Saturday: $10 (Regular) · $10 (Large/Trailer)
- Sunday: $35 (Regular) · $55 (Large/Truck or Trailer)
- Regular spots include space for one vehicle plus a canopy and 1–2 tables.
Rules, Conduct & Responsibilities
- Sellers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws for items displayed and sold.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their selling and parking areas; remove all trash at the end of the day.
- Loud or disruptive behavior is prohibited, including loud music or sound demonstrations.
- Pets must be on leash at all times and remain within your rented space.
- Children must be supervised and remain at your space unless accompanied by an adult.
Prohibited Items & Permits
- If it’s not legal, it may not be bought or sold at The Pearl Flea Market.
- No sale or distribution of firearms or alcohol (we are not licensed for such sales).
- No sale of animals of any kind.
- Food/cottage goods vendors must have the proper Hays County Food Permit.
Management reserves the right to refuse rental or remove any vendor from the market at its discretion.
Amenities
- Restrooms available on site for vendors and customers.
- Customer parking is free.
